Some images may not have the alt attribute of "none" or "presentation": Some 3rd party images may not have the alt attribute of "none" or "presentation" because We cannot ensure the quality of 3rd party website applications. We will be checking to see if such alt attributes can be added, or injected with jQuery, or even contact the creators of such 3rd party applications.. If this is effecting your user experience on our website, then please contact us.
2. Incorrect H tag: We will be checking the pages to see if we can locate it or report it to the website framework supplier. We apologies that screen readers may wrongly skip to the wrong H tag.
3. Contrast Ratio: In some case, the wrong contrast ratio may be reported despite clear contrast between elements and backgrounds.‍
4. The non-functional icons/spacers found on various pages of the website: There may be non-functional icons and spacers across the website, which could pose challenges for users relying on assistive technology. These elements lack appropriate attributes, such as the "role" attribute set to "presentation" or "none," hindering their exclusion from assistive technologies. The inclusion of these elements stemmed from previous design decisions that prioritised visual aesthetics without considering their impact on accessibility standards. Additionally, we're evaluating whether certain non-essential decorative elements can be removed without affecting the overall user experience. We advise users relying on assistive technology to skip over these non-functional elements when navigating the site.
